We want you to love your ILIA products as much as we do, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 60 days of purchase. Please ensure items are gently used or unopened to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your products in the original mailer or any sturdy box and attach the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
